Then one short email a week: a single idea, the evidence behind it, and how to try it tomorrow.
What’s in the checklist
Five small steps that fit into five minutes, designed for the mornings when everything else goes wrong:
- Let the light in. Open the curtains or stand at an open door or window for a minute. Outdoors is better than indoors, even when it is cloudy.
- Drink a full glass of water. Keep a glass by the bed or the kettle so it takes no thought.
- Move for two minutes. Neck rolls, shoulder circles, ten slow squats, a calf stretch on the stairs. Gentle, not a workout.
- Breathe slowly for one minute. In through the nose for four, out for six. Longer out-breaths tend to feel calming.
- Write today’s one priority. One line on paper or a sticky note, before you open email or messages.
What the weekly email looks like
- One idea you can try the next morning, explained in a few paragraphs.
- What the research says, with a link to the source.
- Occasionally, a product we think is genuinely worth it, always disclosed.
